Jerk talks about deleting the podcast a couple years back and how the road back has been slow. Realities of various platforms and comments, and how consistency beats hacks. We also dig into student protests being organized by school districts, while some parents were unaware. Body cams are to be given to all ICE agents, how organic ARE the protests and how much do protestors make? Also; how Don Lemon needs to be made an example plus, some dream analysis about strange dreams that signal creative anxiety.

• Why consistency matters more than spikes.
• How Buzzsprout, Spotify, YouTube, Rumble and BitChute etc. capture analytics.
• How negative comments are par for the course and are entertaining.
• How Law enforcement and body cams create clarity
• Why student protests should not happen, but need consent and balance if so.
• Tools and AI that reduce editing friction
• Creative nerves behind recurring performance dreams

What do you guys think of you know you know, 12, 13, 14 year olds going to ice protest?

SPEAKER_00:

You're listening to the objective jerk, and it is I said jerk. What's going on? How's everybody doing? It's a nice 80-something degrees for me. Everyone else in America's freezing. Heh heh heh hey. That's why I moved here. No, not yeah, it's comfortable now, but in the summertime it's freaking humid as hell. But what are you gonna do, you know? Yeah, so what's up? What's up? What's up? I think did I did I do one yesterday? I think I did a podcast just pretty recently. I don't know, I'm in the mood, man. I'm in the mood to talk. I mean, there's not much going on. Thank goodness, really, newswise. It does appear that Minnesota's gonna start uh working with Homeland Security and you know, informing them of illegals and and holding on to them so that Ice can come and get them instead of going through the neighborhoods and causing all these problems, you know, which they're not really causing problems, they're solving problems. And then you got all these people who are paid and they make a lot of money, man. Some of these people make a lot of money protest. They are seriously professional protesters. It's like gonna hang out and freeze your ass a little and blow some whistles, and you get paid like 80 grand. Some people get up to like 100 grand. I mean, they're probably going all over the place and they're doing it nonstop. With man, I couldn't do that. Even if it was like for something I truly believed, I just couldn't be a protester, dude. I couldn't even be like a you know, what you know, what is it called when like a union strike, you know, going on strike, and dude, it's like screw that, dude. Anyway, what is up? So I've been let's see, so I've been doing my podcast for about a little over three years. Or about three years, and I did it, it was the objective jerk, it was a little different. I actually kind of had like a schedule. I'd do it like Mondays, and I was trying different crap, and but I got to a point where I just was like, I don't know, I just I don't know, I don't feel like talking, whatever. And I I totally just got rid of everything, deleted my accounts and this and that. And I was actually starting to get more listeners and everything like that, you know. But I was just like, eh, whatever. So then I I didn't do it for like a month, I think, and then I was like, man, I kind of miss you know, talking. So I started it up again, and that was about two years ago. And just now at the point I was as far as like downloads and stuff and interaction, like when I quit originally. So I'm just like, man, what if I would never if I never would have quit? You know, I think I I lost some people who were and they were just like, and then like always back again. Like I, you know, all of a sudden they're like, what the heck? This guy's gone now. I guess he's not doing his podcast. And then so it's just you know, the infrequency, which is not a word, you know, just not you gotta be you gotta be consistent, you know. That's one of the one of the key things to podcasting or doing content. I mean, it kind of depends, I guess. No, but even like you know, different people have man, some people do daily, some people do multiple videos daily, some people do like weekly or you know, I'm just I would say I'm a weekly person, but I don't have like a schedule or anything. But anyway, so it's you know, like it's slowly, you know, I'm getting little subscribers here and there. Again, I'm like second to the last in the entire world, so it's nothing, you know, but I mean I don't know, but but like I've said before, so I you know, I have Buzz Sprout, which is the platform that I upload and and do my podcast and do all the editing and everything, and then that sends it to Spotify and you know a couple other things, and sometimes a you know, I'm not sure which one gets. I haven't looked in a while. I'd have to say Spotify probably gets the most, maybe. I don't know, but I mean I can look it up, but I'm I don't know, I don't really you know concern myself too much. Maybe I should. I don't know, I don't think so. Anyway, so so I have that, and then I had YouTube, and then I quit doing YouTube, and then I was like, when I came back, it's like I was doing then I started doing Rumble, and then I was like, you know, I'm gonna try some of these other ones, like Bit Shoot, and there's there's another one, but I wasn't getting dick as far as any kind of downloads or anything on that one, so I quit Odyssey. That's it. I quit doing that one just because you know I don't have I mean I am trying out a software that's like very IA IA AI ran, you know, you put your video in and you can make like shorts and do this and then it'll kind of do some edits. I'm trying that out, I don't know, but and then you know that will post it automatically to two different things, or I can just post it and it'll do it, so I don't have to do because that's kind of the part that like I would get tired of. I'd hate opening up, but man, I'm sweating a little bit. I was talking about how it was like cooling down, but it's because I gotta turn the fans off. It's because of the noise, but anyway, you know, I kind of got sick of opening all this stuff and do it was just kind of getting redundant. But I've got a good system down as far as the videos go, but as far as just the full video, but doing editing and making shorts was like ugh. Sometimes I'm in the mood, sometimes I'm not. But anyway, again, anyway, anyways. So I have YouTube, I have Rumble, and I have Bit Shoot. And all three of them Rumble right Rumble I used to get a lot, now it's kind of went down a little bit. But all three of them like because I don't have a niche, I just talk about whatever, but like YouTube, it seems like when I talk about films and stuff like that, I get more reviews for that. If I talk about politics, you know, I mean BitChute gets the most though. I don't know, but so it kind of goes back and forth between YouTube and and Rumble. Rumble's not my stuff with movies, doesn't really do anything, but any kind of like conspiracy or stuff like that gets more downloads. And and but BitChute gets the most. And you know, I'm pretty realistically understanding that a lot of that's just automatic, you know, starts playing for somebody, and they're like, what the heck? Who is this dude? What the hell? You know, do they actually watch it? Some do, but you know, not as many as it may look. Anyway, but YouTube was very, you know, I didn't I didn't post on YouTube just because of all the you know, people get, you know, all these different, you know, you get in trouble for any kind of copyright stuff or whatever, you know. At least for what I do, I don't have to worry about that really. But so I was kind of paranoid. I was like, I don't feel like having to figure out and do the right talk. I don't want to not say a word, you know, if I say I don't care. Like, I don't care if I say rape and you're not supposed to you're supposed to say grape. You know, people say other words to replace things, and it's like I'm not, you know, I'm not trying to I don't care. So and that's you know probably why YouTube is kind of hit or miss, right? But the one thing that I found kind of funny though is so all of the platform, well maybe not YouTube, but mainly like BitChute and Rumble, but mostly Rumble, I will get the marketing. Oh hey, I love your YouTube channel. Do you want to widen, broaden your, you know, your audience and this and that? I can help you, blah blah blah. So I get that a lot with Rumble. And then sometimes every once in a while I'll get somebody that's like a legit comment, and it's kind of it's it's equal. I think some people are like, you're stupid, or hey, cool video, whatever. But YouTube actually, I mean, I've gotten a couple like you're stupid comments, but it's been a while, and but YouTube is the only one where I get somebody that's like it's uh a genuine comment, and it's like either a nice comment, or it's cons or it's like you know, they're criticizing, but they're doing it. Hey, have you thought about this or whatever? You know what I mean? They're trying to be nice as opposed to just being crazy individuals. So my bit shoot though, my bit shoot, so bit shoot is full of like atheists, I guess. I don't know, because I remember getting and it's not every video, but it's the ones where I am talking about Christianity, and especially when it's in the title, so you know that they're just reading the title and they're not even watching the video. And I was getting some of them kind of regularly, but I don't, I just say thanks for watching, and then I don't know if they're trying to goat me into like getting into some like debate or argument or something. I don't know. But I hadn't had one in a while, and I was before they kind of quit commenting, I was gonna start like kind of screenshotting and saving them, and then you know, bring them up and like I don't know, just have a fun little whatever episode, but they kind of they quit commenting, or I just I stopped getting those type of comments. It's not the same person, maybe it is. I don't know, I don't pay attention to the their username or whatever. But I got some from my last video. The Vlad the Impaler was a Christian hero, and it had been a while, and it's pretty funny. So I thought I would share it, share it with you. I'll even say who their username is because it's not like it's you know their name, but let's see. Well I'll just pull the thing about BitChute too is it's kind of it's kind of funky as far as trying to what do you call it? Just go through and like like YouTube, they got the anal the analytics. Analytics. Oh, I knew that was gonna happen. Alright. So you can see like all the comments and for whatever, you know. But here it's like you have to go to the actual video to see all the comments, and it's like it's just kind of a pain in the ass. But anyway, this is kind of some of the stuff, and I just I think it's pretty funny. So, again, this was for the episode titled The Lad the Impaler was a Christian hero. And this guy, his his user was Science Destroys Religion, so you know right away. And he says, Retard, Christ cucks are Jewish scum. They murdered many whites to force our race to worship Jews, race traitor. I'm like, all right, thanks for watching. And then another one's like, you're full of shite. I guess they're English. Oh, that's me, myself, and I. And I was just like, thanks for watching. It's just kind of funny that it's funny how you know people are more inclined to comment negativity than you know, people that maybe actually like it, and maybe nobody likes it. But that's just kind of funny, I think. But anyway, I was gonna leave that open because the lighting, the lighting is good. Kind of anyway. Let me see. Let me go to here. Alright. Anyway. My podcast is like the podcast about nothing. That's what I should call it. There's probably one already like that. It's like the sign film. I don't really talk about anything. And then when I do, it's like, what is he talking about? Don't even get it out. I'm like, you know what I mean? You know what I mean? Alright. Let's see. So let's see, talked about some other stuff. Oh, I had this crazy dream I wanted to share. I forgot. When you guys is you guys have like I used to, I mean, I think I've had a little bit of the common dreams, you know, the the where you breathe underwater, where you can fly and all that kind of stuff. I used to have, I still do sometimes, but I used to have dreams where I'm in a situation because I had like a concealed carry, or even like at work or whatever. But no, I think it was more like concealed carry. And like I'm in just somewhere and something's going down, an active shooter is going down, and I gotta pull out my my gun, and I gotta, you know, protect my family, and there's the bad guy, and I go to shoot, and I can't. This the trigger is so hard, it's like I'm squeezing it as hard as I can. And so then by the time I squeeze it and the round goes off, the gun is pointing at the ground or something. You know what I mean? Like it's not even pointing at the guy. I used to have that a lot, and then so I'm a drummer, but you know, I don't I don't play in a band or anything, and I guess it's safe to say that I'm I'm a shitty drummer, but I can play. And I used to have dreams all the time that I have this was when I didn't have a drum set, like I had an electric one for a while, and then but like usually when I don't have access to a drum set, it seems like this is when I have this dream, and it's like all I don't know, in the dream I'm at like guitar center or someone's whatever, and there's a drum set, and it's like, oh sweet, man, I'm gonna play. So I get on there, but then like the the drum set just slowly morphs into some kind of weird thing that like all of a sudden the snare is over here. I don't know, just like I can't, like it there's it's I'm not able to play, you know. And I'm like, what the crap, man? Come on, I gotta like that would happen all the time. I'd I'd want to play, and there's no like there's no throne, no, no, no stool, no, you know, I don't know, maybe like the the kick, the pedals missing or something. I don't know, just like all these weird things to where I couldn't I couldn't play. Maybe that's a dream for my own insecurities because I can't play, you know. Ooh, I wonder what the gun one is. I'm a good shot though, so I don't know. What although it's been a while since I really anyway But I had one recently where I was trying out like I don't like I don't know for sure it wasn't like abundantly clear, but I think I was with Taylor Hawkins, who was the drummer of the Foo Fighters who died, and I think I was trying out for the Foo Fighters, like that's the impression I get, but I I I can't explain why. But so it's like I'm going to a to try out for the band, and Taylor Hawkins is leading me to you know, we're walking, and it's like it's like the this is spinal tap where they get lost in the back and they're trying to find the stage. It was like that, like it just kept going, and then it was like, oh hey, you know, I need I need sticks. I don't have sticks. He's like, Oh, hey, no, I gotcha, I gotcha. And go to this thing, there's a bunch, but then I only get ones that are like they're like the thickness of a pencil, they're like long. I'm like, what is this? I don't think I can play this. Well, you know, oh no, you'll be alright, you'll be alright, and then just keeps leading on forever, and I'm like, come on, I gotta get there. Where's it at? You know, I'm stressing out because it's like I'm gonna try out for the Foo Fighters, but I'm gonna be late, and like it was just it was kind of weird. But yeah, anybody have dreams like that? Uh let's see. What else? Don Lemmon, right? I got my bullets up to kind of keep me keep me focused a little. So Don Lemmon is being charged and he's gonna go to court, and of course, he's all over all the liberal stuff trying to I'm a hero. But he just he screwed himself. I talked about it last time, but it's funny, it's like people are oh, an attack on Don is attacking journalists, is attacking the First Amendment. It's like, no, he broke the law. It doesn't matter what your job is, you cannot break the law. And to quote Don Lemon, no one is above the law, you know. And the thing is, is like they have to make an example of him and nip this in the bud because if they don't, this would continue to happen. There would be another people going in the church, and all you know, all these different people recording and storming in and ice, you notice it hasn't happened again. It's because they got arrested, and they're gonna, you know, so people are like, Well, not gonna do that. You know, it's just it's just like with your kid. If you let them get away with stuff, they're gonna continue to do it. That's why you have to, as they say, nip it in the butt, you know. You stop it, and then they don't do it anymore. And it's just, you know, it's like I remember like, you know, working for like law enforcement and had to keep like people couldn't park in a certain area, right? No parking. But then somebody's like, oh man, I'm just gonna be in there for a second, and you're like, oh, okay, fine. So then he's there. But then another car sees that car there, and he's like, Oh, I'm gonna park there, but then he parks there and parks. And the other guy probably comes out and leaves because he did what he said, but now you have this other car there, you know what I mean? So you can't just okay, you can go, but you can't, but you it has to be, and it's just like with with with the immigration, you can't just like, oh, well, you're a good guy, but you're illegal, you're a bad guy, but you're illegal. Well, what makes him a good guy? How come he what do well I want to, you know, so you just you gotta get it rid of them all, and then you know what, come back in and do it the right way. You can't park here, it doesn't matter what you're doing, you can't park here. You can't storm a church and you know interfere with people's, you know, worship and and you know, all that kind of crap. Like if they would have stayed outside as they left the church or something, that would have been different, but then see that wouldn't have that wouldn't have gained any news or any whatever. So they were trying to figure out ways to you know draw attention to it, and they did, but unfortunately they broke the law. So what are you gonna do? So yeah, it's kind of it's just funny, anyway. And then, you know, based off of some of the recent shootings involving ice and stuff, I guess Christy Noam's like, hey, from here on out, all ice agents will have body cams. It's like, what the crap? How have they not already had body crams? I thought they all did, you know what I mean? With with with Renee Dipshit good, they had body cams, thank goodness. But they didn't have it with What's his face, which it's actually kind of worse. I mean, dude, I've said it. I think the the ice agents, they made a mistake, or I don't even I guess they weren't even ice. No, they were ice, I think, right? They made a mistake. It wasn't intentional, it wasn't malicious, but it was a mistake, you know. But anyway, they need to have those body cams. I remember when they were first kind of coming out and at the time, and and I was working for the army as law enforcement, and they had it started off with just like the the sergeants or the supervisors, the shift supervisors had body cams and traffic, you know, because they need it, but they they've they kind of had it for a while. And it was just like, oh man, they're gonna sit there. Like at first, I was like, man, I don't know, but it's obviously the body cams are more beneficial for law enforcement than it is for the perps, the criminals, the degenerate Lib Tards. So yeah, so you know, you gotta do it. I'm surprised they didn't have him. Like that should have been after after Renee Good, and then when you saw that you know what I mean? Like, what the crap, dude? I mean, I guess they got. Just ice. They got tons of people applying and becoming ice agents and and going in and you know, like it's just crazy. It's almost like a factory. But supposedly they're working with ice now. We'll see how that goes. And anyway. Anyway, anyway, anyway, anyway. Let's see. So the I'm I actually did I talk about it? So there were some videos of parents going to their school because they found out that their kids were involved in ICE protest in Washington State. I don't remember if I talked about this on the last podcast. It's not like huge news right now, but apparently a lot of schools are kind of doing this. But some schools are doing it the right way and the wrong way. I, for one, I don't want my kids. These are like junior high school. They're like young teenagers. Why are they going to protest? Like, what how is again the left is always going after the children, trying to brainwash any way they can. And it's like, so there were two videos. One was some guy, one was a mom, took their kid out. They had no idea. The school didn't say nothing. It's like they just went on a field trip. I mean, I think it was for one of them, it was just outside their school, like on the road. You know what I mean? So I guess technically it was still on school grounds. Maybe they both were. I know one was for sure, I'm pretty sure. But in both cases, the parents were not notified. There was no, you know, and then they didn't even ask the kid. Like the kids and the one kid, the the father asked him, like, did you even want to go? And he was like, No, I didn't want to go. But it's like, if you tell your kid, hey, you guys want to you guys want to have a field trip today? We're just gonna go hang out inside the road and we're gonna protest ice and oh, they don't have to sit in school, hell yeah, and hang out with their friends and do whatever. It's like, what do you think they're gonna say? Yes, they're gonna go along with it. And a lot of them are probably gonna try and sneak away, you know, but it's like, and I posted on on Facebook, maybe I can't remember if I talked about it, but and there's this huge back and forth with the same, my same liberal friend, which I'm not gonna read the comments like I did on the one episode a couple couple episodes ago. And, you know, again, it was like he would be like, Oh, well, oh, I doubt it. They were forced and this and that. And I'm like, and I explained to him what I just said was about you know the parents and this and that, and like, well, it's better than you know, learning, forcing him to learn that slavery's good. And I'm like, what are you talking about? I'm not even for one thing, I'm not talking about slavery. I'm not talking, I'm talking about what happened here, and that's and that's like the tactic of the left, and especially my Lib Tard friend that just, you know, it's I basically answered his question, and instead of being like, oh, well, that's kind of crazy or whatever, they should, you know, he, oh well, he just has to try and one up and whatever with stupidity. And I'm just like, I'm just done. I'm like, you're an idiot. But what's funny is so then people are like, What? Where'd you hear this? I even had like some close friends, they're like, dude, where are you getting your information, man? You're crazy, you know. But they did it in a nice way and stuff. And then uh a liberal family member is like, oh, well, they're doing it in my school in Colorado. Oh, or they're doing it here. My son went on a thing, so that proves right there that they're doing it. But they did it the right way, they got permission and did whatever. And she's a you know, she's a hardcore TDS liberal, so of course she's gonna agree to it. You know, so they are doing it. It's just not watching about a week or something, you're gonna see more stuff, unless they kind of they kind of stop it because, you know, the kids, maybe it was just maybe I mean, maybe it was just the one or two schools that did it the wrong way. The point is, is like I don't talk to my kids about this crap. Yes, stuff does kind of come out. You know, I'll be talking to my wife. My kids were over here, but I don't I don't sit there and be like, watch this. Trump is king. You know, I don't they don't need that in their life. You know what I mean? I don't like it in my life, really. I hate the fact that I pay attention to what's going on. I miss the days of being ignorant. I really do. So it's like these people trying to brain rush their kids, I don't know, at that young age, it's just to me that's wrong right there. And I wouldn't want my kids to go to, you know, a rally for Charlie Kirk. I mean, you know, before he was, or for TP, what is it? TP USA or even like a Trump rally. I'm not gonna bring my kids to that. You know what I mean? It's like, no, that's they don't need to worry about that crap. And then it's just, I don't know. That's just to me, that's another indication of how retarded the left is. Yeah, yeah, it's pretty, pretty stupid. Oh, paid protesters. I talked about that already, but I'm I'm about at my time, I guess. Yeah, it's just, I don't know. I don't understand some of the and I really try not to pay attention, but it's hard. It's really hard. And my wife's like, why don't you like like she's trying to she's trying to encourage me to be a little more productive with my podcast and stuff, and I'm like, yeah, but that means I gotta be online more. Like I don't get on Twitter or X, I post, I'll get on there real quick, I'll scroll, and then I get off. I don't like stay on, I don't get on every day, all day. You know, I mean maybe if I'm like at the mall waiting for her to do her shopping, I might be a little, you know, kill some time or something. But I generally like go back with like Facebook just to see, you know, you know, my friends and family, but lately it hasn't been that way. And then, you know, YouTube, that's kind of what I watch. So everything else is like, and to be for me to kind of do what I do better, that means I gotta spend more time online, more time on my computer editing, and just all that stuff, and I just I don't know, I just want to get stuff off my chest and then post it. That's it. So but anyway, but that's all. Appreciate you guys' time hanging out with me. What do you guys think of you know you know, 12, 13, 14 year olds going to ice protest? You know what I mean? It's like, dude, educate them about your right to protest and this and that, but no, it's just that's that's completely that's like that's like the school taking your kids to go to a church. Would would they be happy about that? No, no, they wouldn't. What you took my kid to a church? What? They went to mass, you know? It's like, come on, dude. Retarded. You're so stupid. It's just, you know, and I have lots of friends and family that are liberals and I love them, but they are so stupid. Anyway, again, thanks for hanging out. Appreciate your time. I'll see you next time. God bless. All right, bye.
