Is that what it's called? The Fireman Show with uh Dennis Leary. It's actually an older show now. I didn't realize how old it was, but it's on Netflix, so been watching that. There's a lot of I thought it was like on HBO or something because I mean it doesn't show nudity, but it's pretty damn close. And like I'm kind of surprised at just how graphic and everything the show is. It's entertaining. I like the camaraderie camaraderie between the firemen, you know, they're in the firehouse and they're talking shit about each other and and poking fun at each other and all that kind of stuff. Like, that's the kind of stuff I miss from being in the army and everything. So those are good times. So I like that. But man, they're just really there's not really any characters that are that have any kind of redeeming qualities. You know what I mean? They're all everybody is just straight up trash. You know, like all the women are psycho, all the men are just chauvinistic alcoholic pigs, and like I understand there are people like that and stuff like that. And it's entertaining and it's funny, but man, I don't know. It's I'm on the fourth season, I think, and I probably I mean all of the all the characters are like not likable. Trying to think of a character that's likable. Maybe the chief, the original chief, maybe, I don't know. Or is it chief or captain? Chief, I think. But definitely his wife, the main character, Tommy Gavin. His wife, oh my god, dude, I wish she was gone. Like, she is so annoying. Um, yeah, so I've been doing that, watching watching some rescue me, and then yesterday I was planning on recording a podcast, but Garage Band would not work. I spent three hours opening force quit, you know, turning off the computer, restarting. I uninstalled Garage Band and reinstalled it, and it would not come up, it would not do anything. And then so I was just like, oh my god, I need a new computer or something. Like I saw something about an update. I was like, does it need to get an update? And I kept looking for updates, nothing. I'm looking on forums, you know. And and then finally I just figured out that because I connected a secondary monitor because I want to live stream video games, and I was like, oh my gosh, because I had tried to open it and then I hit enter, I guess, or space bar, so it started playing, so I could hear it. My last podcast, and I'm like, what the crap, man? How come I can hear it? And then finally it dawned on me. Oh my god, it's in the other thing. So I, you know, changed, and then there it was, and I was like, oh my gosh. Three over three hours, I think, of messing with that. That was infuriating. God, man, it's annoying. But yeah, so I I I've done two streams gaming-wise, because I've been trying to I just don't have the the the Stanima. Stamina? Stamina. What did I say? Stannima? Stamina Stam Stamina. Jesus. To play video games for very long, you know, like I mean, I grew up on video games, Nintendo, Little Atari, Super Nintendo, Sega, PlayStation, you know, Laura Cross, all that stuff. Used to play it all the time. Some 64, Goldeneye, Turok. I mean, you know, I wasn't like a gamer, but that just played anything and everything. But, you know, I did my fair share. And then getting a little older, Call of Duty and some of that stuff. But like the last game I really liked playing was like the World War II Call of Duty that came out, I don't know, 10 years ago or something. I'm not sure. So I used to play that with my kids. I still do sometimes. But yeah, that's that's kind of it. I don't, I don't know, I just, you know, and I got people like, dude, man, if I was you, I'd be playing all the time. And I'm like, yeah, you know, I would if I just don't have the urge to do it, man.

Because I've you know, I watched my son play it a little bit a couple years ago. He used to play it a lot. And just I've heard, you know, great things about it, and so I'm like, dude, I wanna I wanna play that. So oh, I just turned down my oh, I didn't realize that that was for my headphones. That makes sense. Alright. So I could turn that down even more, just enough to hear it so I can make sure I'm not like, but then oh man, see, that's so much better. Okay, dude, I've always had that cranked up. Man, such a boomer, a Gen X boomer. Anyway, um, so yeah, so Red Dead Redemption. I've been slowly wanting to play it. You know, I told my kids, I was like, okay, I think I'm gonna start playing it, and they're like, well, none of the controllers work 100%, some of them are whatever. So I ordered like a wired one that was cheaper, you know. So I had to wait for that to come in, and so it came in, and then I'm like, okay, so now how am I gonna so I put this cheap TV up as you know to hook it to the Xbox and as a second monitor for the Mac. And then I downloaded OBS again, but I have to get like a graphics card or some kind of something because I can only be either connected to the Xbox or to the iMac. I can't do both. Or like, so if I have the game on the screen, but didn't have that original input, it won't show anything. It's I don't know. It's kind of frustrating. So I was like, whatever, I guess I'll just play it. And then my son's like, no man, you can you can stream from the Xbox directly, and I'm like, oh, okay. So I mess with that, and but which it's actually really easy, excuse me, to stream that way, but it has to be with Twitch, which I've heard of, but I've never used or went on, so I'm like, oh my gosh. So I gotta create like a Twitch account. So I did that yesterday, and I played and streamed, but the mic was not working. I was trying to see if it was, I couldn't tell, and I was like, I don't think it's working. So earlier today was playing around and with my son, and we got it to we figured out to get it to work. He did something, I don't know. But so yeah, so I did that. But man, after like it's it's a cool game, it's very, you know, you feel like you're in the old west, you know. But man, after like an hour, I just like I can only do it for like an hour, man. I can't, you know, not that like I said, I was like a 10 hour straight or 12, you know, like all day. But man, pretty close. I could go like a few three hours, take a break, whatever. But man, it's just like after an hour, it's just like my brain is like hurting. I don't know. Just getting old, I guess. Need to find old games. But yeah, so giving that a shot. So I wanted to stream on Rumble because I have some followers there, and then maybe you know. I just want like I'm not trying to, you know, I just want like a little interaction from people drinking water, so hot, man. But yeah, just I don't know, something. But and the streaming thing kind of I want to do to kind of help keep me playing because I just I don't have that urge to play as much. So sometimes I want to play, and then I'm like, oh maybe I should try and stream or whatever, but I don't know what if anybody's got some advice out there right now. Just streaming to Twitch. I'm trying to figure out how I can like record some stuff because you know, live streaming, that's it. So anything that may have been entertaining is gone. So I don't know. But yeah, I was trying to do it on Rumble to stream on Rumble, which I'd have to use OBS, but I don't have I gotta get like a graphics card or whatever it's called, so I can connect them and have the game with Rumble going and all that kind of stuff. I don't know. I guess kind of Mac makes it more difficult. If I had just like a regular laptop, it'd be easier. But all I got is Apple shit, it sucks. And I'm stuck with it, you know. Like I was when I couldn't get my garage band to, you know, because it was on the other monitor, basically, I couldn't get it to work. I was just like, man, I need a new computer, it won't do this, it won't. But I'm like, I'm gonna have to get another, I gotta get a Mac because I use the airdrop a lot between my phone and my computer a lot. Just used to it now. It just sucks. But I mean, yeah, I guess there's some shitty stuff about regular computers, PCs, and all that kind of whatever. I don't like Android phones. I'm so used to Apple phones though, so maybe it's just um, you know, if you got one Apple, you know, it's it's always better to have the same products. It makes things so much, you know, easier. So I guess I'm stuck with it and fucking sucks. I mean, unless somebody was like, here, here's a computer and here's a new phone. I don't think I'm oh my god, I can hear that goat again. It sounds like a kid, which is why I guess they call them kids. But a goat out in the field and just meh. Alright. On to some headlines, I guess. Let's see. Oh, Red Dead already talked about that. So I guess the X Files has been released, right? Or these UFO files. Aliens, whatever. I don't know what to think, really. It doesn't. I know like Joe Rogan gets a big heart on for alien stuff. I don't I used to when I was younger, but I don't know. I guess if it's been so long, and plus a lot of individuals that are strong in the faith kind of believe that aliens are actually demonic and that are meant to try and, you know, get you to, well, if there's aliens in there, then that doesn't mean there's a God. But although God could have made, you know, them too, and they have their own Bible. Who knows? Maybe God is an alien, you know, and and we are everything that's said and in the Bible and everything is happening, and it's you know, it's like God and Satan are actually two aliens playing a game, you know, and trying to who knows, you know what I mean? But I mean, even if that's the case, I'd rather, you know, believe in the God alien, you know. But I don't know. Does anybody else like really care about the alien stuff?

As much as I like Trump and things that are going on, I still don't like the government, I don't trust it, you know. So, I don't know, we'll see. What's next then? They got the Hantavirus. Oh my gosh, dude. How is it this crap? Because I mean, why is it really like huge news when it's down in like South Africa on a cruise ship? Like, it's really not worldwide news, but they're making it that way because what? It's an election year for the midterms. What do you know? Like, is it I mean, every time I I think they're hoping to try and do another, you know, pandemic, keep people in their homes, so they have to do a mail-in ballots, they can't vote the right way because as things are going, dude, Democrats are losing ground left and right. I mean, if all you watch is you know, CNN and all that shit, they're not according to them. But if you just kind of see what's going on, you gotta see the headlines and then just look outside the headlines and just see what's going on. You know? But yeah, the hauntivirus. That's what got, I guess, Gene Hackman's wife, I think. I think he died. Or no, yeah, no, she died of hauntivirus, and then he was just he didn't know what to do. And I guess then maybe he I don't know, did he die too? Like he was trying to go get help or something because he died by the front door or something. I don't know. Which is kind of sad, but you know, it I don't know if it's because of where I live. You know, there's rats and I don't know. Like it's just not I mean, you know, if sometimes mice or rats have gotten a house and they've left poop, we clean it, and I try to be careful, you know. I I wear a mask, sweep it up, clean it real good with some bleach or whatever, you know.

And then she was in that one Summer of Sam or Son of Sam or something. She was in that too, I think. And then she's been in some other little stuff or whatever, but I kind of hadn't, I don't know. And so then I, you know, look and just kind of see what's been going on with her, and I guess like so she's she mortgaged her house to pay for some kind of film recently. I don't know if she was a producer, I didn't read too much into it, director or what, like how involved she was. But she mortgaged her, mortgaged her house to pay for it, and she's all sad, and and then she was crying about how you know the movie industry, there's no more money, and this and that, all the, you know, because Hollywood and everything's going to shit. But it's like, dude, it's your fault. You know, I mean, you can go back and like she was like Trump hating Americans voting for Trump. You see, you know, they all sit there and bitch, and everybody's like, when they take when they attack half the country, that's what's gonna happen, dude. It's not half the country, it's most of the country. You look at the maps and and all the red, yes, rule has less people than the cities, but still, when you look at the whole thing, most of the country is somewhat conservative. I mean, I'm not like full-on, degenerate, you know, sound, you know, whatever, but I'm not I don't really watch what I say either. So I'm kind of I don't think it would last. I don't think it'd do very well on YouTube. Again, I don't really have that many listeners or followers, so I could probably get away with it for a while. But I was rumble, I guess. But if you do OBS, I can do multiple, I guess. You can stream, like I could do YouTube and all that, whatever. But I have to get that graphics card, I think. I don't know.
